The Coronado Lacrosse Club also is known as CLC and Islander Sports Foundation are all set to jointly host the 2nd Charity Poker Tournament and Casino Night on 2nd of November 2018. They are now on the lookout for participants and sponsors for the event. This particular event will take place in the Nautilus Room in the Coronado Recreation Centre, which includes a bar along with some finger foods. Participants of all abilities come forward to play the poker game Texas Hold’em style and the prizes would be given to top scorers. In addition this year, craps tables, roulette, and blackjack would be given along with raffle drawings for the ones participating in the table game.
Brian Dozier, the ISF Vice President said the Islander Sports Foundation is happy once again to partner with CLC post, a great first run which took place last year. Dozier is looking forward to a fun-filled and successful evening yet again that supports Youth Sports, Middle School, and local High School. This is not possible without the public support. He is delighted to partner with ISF for the 2nd
time to support the Coronado youth sport as per Jim Fabiszak. He said being the ex-lacrosse player, President of CLC Board and current coach, the events bring a sense a pride when you are a part of something so great. He personally looks forward to meet everyone during the event.
Both CLC and ISF are non-profit groups and seek $500 table sponsors, and they would get 2 tickets for the event.
The logo of their company would be placed on the table and individual recognition will take place just before the commencement of the event. The logo would be projected throughout the event
on screens. The group would welcome gift card and monetary donations in any sum in addition to prizes.
